Should I release my medical records to another driver’s insurance adjuster?

Starting out, absolutely not. It is not something that I would recommend at all. That insurance company’s job is to pay you no money, or the least amount of money possible, and they will comb through your medical records, and if you give them a full authorization, they’ll be able to get all of your medical records, and go back and see any prior injuries, any prior accidents, anything that they could later argue to try to diminish the value of your claim. There are exceptions, and I would recommend consulting with an attorney.
